TYRONE TAYLOR
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Tyrone is a faith-driven entrepreneur, investor, and business strategist with more than 15 years of senior operational leadership. His background spans real estate investment and development, asset management, and property and portfolio management, including advisory and consulting engagements supporting startups and growth-stage companies.
As co-founder and CEO of Anchor Property Investment Solutions, Tyrone has been actively investing, managing, and operating rental properties throughout the Philadelphia region and surrounding counties since 2016. Under his leadership, the company has developed and amassed a portfolio of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties.
Tyrone brings deep experience in infrastructure development, operations, and project execution, including navigating complex financing and regulatory requirements. He has founded and scaled mission-centered ventures, giving him a pragmatic perspective on building sustainable models that are both investable and scalable.
Beyond REI Takeoff, Tyrone serves on nonprofit boards focused on economic development and housing stability, and is passionate about addressing housing challenges for underserved populations.
HANNAH TAYLOR
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION
Hannah is a licensed real estate agent and experienced investor who has played a key role in the acquisition and execution of Anchor's real estate pipeline since 2018. She brings a rare combination of disciplined execution, sharp negotiation skills, and an educator's mindset to every transaction she touches.
Before transitioning fully into real estate, Hannah spent more than a decade as a high school educator. That background shaped her approach to investing and advising clients in the purchase and sale of investments and primary homes.
Known as a fierce and effective negotiator, Hannah is deeply committed to going above and beyond for her clients and partners. She approaches every deal with precision and persistence, ensuring that strategy, execution, and outcomes remain aligned with long-term goals.
Together with Tyrone, Hannah co-founded REI Takeoff as a practitioner-led platform grounded in helping others achieve their goals for ownership. Their shared vision centers on building wealth with intention, raising a family with strong values, and creating lasting impact through ownership, education, and service.
